Koggi is a platform for the real estate market that aims to facilitate and improve the experience of applying for a home loan by connecting builders, buyers and financial institutions to the ecosystem. All digitally.
Their main clients, and those for whom they monetize, are construction companies and banks, to whom they offer a SaaS platform that speeds up the process for interested parties, avoiding all kinds of inconveniences and red tape, one of the reasons why many operations expire.
In addition, they provide the buyer with a credit simulator to determine in minutes if they are in a position to apply for a loan and connect them with the necessary parties to move forward in the home acquisition process.

Brief
The founders came to us with the need to replicate the path to wellness they personally went through in a platform that allows users to do it easily and intuitively. With name, the idea of Koggi is a startup that comes to us with the challenge of looking like what it is, a SaaS that reflects innovation, solution and eases for the real estate ecosystem in Latam. The goal was to generate a brand that reflects the current situation and projection of Koggi in the market, achieving consistency in all its points of contact.
Its founders, experienced entrepreneurs, recognized the need to take a step forward in the communication strategy, which allows to renew and redirect the main messages, accompanied by an aesthetic according to the territory where it moves. They trusted us to professionalize its main communications to generate confidence and strength in front of its main stakeholders (investors, builders, banks, etc).

Brand Strategy
The main challenge about communication strategy was to define the target audiences, and through which channels to connect with each of them. The complexity lies in the fact that Koggi must speak to B2B and B2C, so working on the audience-message-channel relationship was fundamental. The development of the process was marked by the discovery of the strategy for the different audiences, generating a shared criterion with the client on how to use the channels and what logic each of them responds to.
Visual Brand Identity
Our goal in crafting the visual brand identity was to establish a brand persona that elicits feelings of comfort and emotion, maintaining a subtle tech style through soft shapes and gradients for an overall «familiar» aesthetic. Our aim was to portray Koggi as a brand that exudes warmth, approachability, and user-friendliness, while concurrently demonstrating its unwavering commitment to addressing the unique needs of diverse target audiences.
